Annual Review 2025
As Cana Communities marks 50 years, this Annual Review reflects what has been sustained — quietly, faithfully, and relationally — by people who continue to choose presence, compassion, and solidarity. Volunteers, donors, supporters, and friends have stood alongside our community members, face to face, creating small, safe spaces where dignity is upheld and hope can take root. We remain deeply grateful to those who make this possible, especially as Cana continues its work without government funding, relying entirely on the generosity of individuals who believe in our mission.
Everything we do is guided by that mission — gifted to us by our founders and lived out daily through authentic connection, deep listening, and inclusive community. This Review offers a glimpse into what that looks like in practice: lives stabilised, relationships restored, and people finding belonging after long periods of exclusion. These stories are not about programs or outcomes alone, but about what becomes possible when people are genuinely seen, supported, and accompanied.
